Uniswap dynamic-fee hooks — database changes

Transforms uniswap-dynamic-fee-hooks events into database changes for the BigQuery sink (oneof indices 2200–2204, table prefix uniswap_dynamic_fee_hooks). Deploys independently of the other database changes packages.

Generated code in src/ — never edit by hand; regenerate via cd ../../autogen && yarn generate-database-changes-dynamic-fee-hooks.

Fee configuration and fee state events of the Uniswap Labs dynamic-fee v4 hooks, StablePair and VolatilePair (Uniswap/v4-hooks-public, src/stable and src/volatile). Both hooks set the LP fee per swap and per direction through beforeSwap's lpFeeOverride. These events record the inputs to that fee: the per-pool fee config, set when the pool is initialized through the hook and changed later by the hook's config manager, and VolatilePair's per-block fee state.

Matching is address-filtered: only logs emitted by the hook proxies listed in uniswap-dynamic-fee-hooks/chains.json are decoded.

Units: every *_e6 field is in pips (1e6 = 100%), the unit of a v4 pool's fee. sqrt prices are Q64.96 uint160 values written as decimal strings. pool_id is the v4 PoolId (keccak256(abi.encode(PoolKey))). It joins to the PoolManager's Initialize and Swap events.
